9-hour routes. Finish sooner and you are free to go home once your route duties are complete.
5–6 days available. Flexible scheduling lets you choose your working days.
Loading window: 11:30–12:45 at DNG1, Interlink Way E, Bardon Hill, Coalville LE67 1PD.

The role
A clear route. A serious team.
We provide the training and support. You bring reliability, professionalism and a safety-first approach.
Arrive on time and be ready for the scheduled loading window.
Complete deliveries safely, accurately and professionally.
Follow customer delivery instructions and approved safe places.
Take clear proof-of-delivery photos and keep parcel scans accurate.
Look after the van and complete daily safety checks.
Report delays, incidents or route issues as soon as possible.
Give reasonable notice if you cannot attend a confirmed shift.
Represent UCLS positively with customers and station teams.
Rental is £230 per week. You must be at least 23 years old and have held your driving licence for at least 2 years.
The van remains with you between routes and can be used in line with the rental and insurance terms.
3-day paid training
We prepare you properly.
No previous delivery experience is required. Every training day is paid at £128.

After you apply, we send a WISE invitation. You will use WISE to upload your onboarding documents.
